Jailed Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny goes on hunger strike

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny has declared a hunger strike in order to get medical treatment for back pain. The Kremlin critic’s Instagram account published a handwritten letter in which he delivered his protest in a satirical manner. I have the legal right to see a doctor obtain a prescription. He has arrested two months ago, shortly after returning from medical treatment in Germany that left him in a coma and from which he is now recovering.
