Obama slams Trump for whip up violence at US Capitol Hill:

Obama: On Wednesday, former United States President Barack Obama slammed Donald Trump for inciting violence at the US Capitol. He also mentioned it is a “great dishonour and shame” for the United States.

Meanwhile, the statement came after thousands of pro-Trump rioters attacked the US Capitol on Wednesday. They tried to interrupt the joint session of Congress, where lawmakers decided to elect Joe Biden as President of the United States (US).

The incidents that happened in the US Capitol will remember forever in history. The violence at the Capitol followed by baseless lies on the outcome of elections by the sitting president Donald Trump. Whereas the statements and incidents at the US Capitol bring great dishonor and shame for our nation, he added.

US Elections:

After election results, the political party leaders and its chaperone media have to tell their followers the truth, that the results were not close enough between the two parties. The Democrats won unanimously and Joe Biden will be elected as President on January 20th, Obama said.

In November 3rd presidential elections, the contender from Democrats Joe Biden won 306 Electoral votes, while the Republican party and President Donald Trump won only 232 Electoral votes.

At present, the Republican leaders have to choose two options against desecrated chambers of democracy. The first one is to continue down these incidents and keep stoking the raging fires. The second one is to accept reality and take the first steps toward extinguishing the flames.

Whereas the former president stocked to see many members of Trump’s party spoke up forcefully today. The local election officials in Georgia refused to menace and discharged their duties honorably. We need more leaders like these in the future to support Biden’s work. It’s up to all of us as Americans, regardless of party, to support him in that goal.

On the other side, former US President George W Bush reacted to the incidents that happened in the US Capitol. Chaos incidents show the government disbelief and dismay against the judgment of people.

It is a disgusting and heartbreaking incident that occurred in the Capitol. I am appalled by the reckless behaviour of some political leaders from the day of the election. However, the lack of respect towards our institution and law enforcement,” he said.

He also mentioned those who are disappointed with the election results. To those, our country is more important than politics. Let’s respect the decision of the people and fulfill their duties and show our voices in peace and safety, Bush said.
