Finally, Samsung has been started rolling out a stable Android 11 based ONE UI 3.0 update. It will apply to all Galaxy Note 10 plus and the Galaxy Note 10 devices. Moreover, the update has come from December 2020 Android security patch.

According to the reports, the Galaxy S20 FE 5G users are arriving with a complaint of missing battery status. As per the analysis, it happens due to the strange bug, said a source.

On the other hand, it will also be affecting the Galaxy S20, Galaxy Note 10, and Note 20 Ultra users. However, Samsung has yet to be addressed the bug with a proper solution.

Users of Galaxy S20 FE 5G on the Samsung Community forum registered that the battery usage stats went missing overnight. The device users said that they have tried to restart the device when it went to disappear and still not there.

Moreover, the issue notably appeared from 2nd January 2021. Besides, the users insist that they were unable to check the battery status from that day onwards. But, the bug does not affect the life of the battery that runs the Android 11 based One UI 3.0. But, the problem is still annoying the users who want to track the battery usage for each app. Anyhow, at the time, there is no clarity on the bug.

According to the reports, the users who suffered from the issue need to open the settings app in Galaxy S20 FE 5G and other affected devices, then tap on the Apps sub-menu. Now, tap on next to your apps next. Now, it shows the system apps options and presses OK. Then scroll down to find out the Samsung Device Health Manager Service app. Later, tap on that option. Finally, select the storage option and hit the clear data at the bottom. Now, it took some time to rebuild its usage. After completing the rebuilding process, it shows the battery usage, said a source.
