Mexico arrests 12 cops for alleged complicity in the slaughter of migrants. A dozen police officers have arrested by Mexican authorities for alleged involvement in the killing of 19 people in the northeastern state of Tamaulipas last month. Tamaulipas Attorney General Irving Barrios told a news conference on Tuesday. Reports found that at least 12 state police involved in the killings in Camargo municipality.
